We charge a planning fee that varies based on trip complexity, typically starting from $250 for a couple and $350 for families. This fee covers your full travel advisor service — research, booking, coordination, and 24/7 on-trip support. We'll discuss this transparently during your consultation.

For peak season travel (December–January, June–August) and popular destinations like the Maldives or Bora Bora, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. For off-peak travel, 3–6 months is usually sufficient. That said, we can often work magic with shorter lead times.

We specialize in luxury and premium travel, typically 4-star and above. Our expertise is in getting you the best possible experience at your budget — whether that's $5,000 or $50,000. We're not the right fit for budget backpacking trips.

We cover worldwide destinations with particular expertise in the Maldives, Bora Bora, Caribbean, Bali, Mediterranean, and Southeast Asia. If you have a destination in mind that's not listed, ask us — we likely have connections there.

We're available 24/7 throughout your trip. If a flight is cancelled, a resort has an issue, or anything unexpected happens, you call us directly and we handle it. This is one of the most important things we provide — peace of mind.
